Qingdao LK DESIGN Studio is a professional design agency dedicated to “Elevating client brands.” Our core purpose is to “Create spatial designs for clients and more importantly, generate commercial value.” Our mission is to “Establish benchmark-level works in scene innovation.”

LK DESIGN specializes in two major business areas: EIS (Brand Environmental Identity System) and CIS (Brand Image Identity System). We leverage our unique business logic and innovative thinking to provide clients with customized, integrated solutions for space design and brand building.

The overall design pays attention to the concept of “all kinds of flavors”, creates Chinese taste and characteristics, and follows the use of details to express decoration in the design, so that the house is full of simple and personalized charm.

In this project, the designer achieves a sense of dignity and elegance through hazy lighting effects, fine furnishings, and classic decorative elements. The sleek single-rod spiral staircase handrail complements the homeowner’s youthful style, offering boundless creative possibilities; whereas, the more stable balustrade style is ideal for family use, balancing safety with aesthetic appeal.

In this project, the overall design leans towards to design a minimalist style preserving simplicity, and eschewing excessive decorations, thereby emphasizing the rational design colors of Italian style. The designer merges functionality with aesthetics, capturing the owner’s individuality in the finer details, thus crafting a space that is both exploratory and interactive.

In this project, the designer retains the original architectural appearance of the top surface, using cement as the main element to connect through the space, and square tubes and iron mesh to enhance visual continuity, creating a simple, concise but comfortable environment.

In this project, our designer use the beauty of wabi-sabi advocating “asymmetry,” presenting a style that is asymmetrical but inclusive. The spatial layout is simple and casual to satisfy basic daily living functions while maintaining minimalist style in the layout.

In this project, the designer adheres to the decorative aesthetic principle of “less is more”. The overall style of the living room is characterized by texture and simplicity, focusing on plane, color, three-dimensional compositions, and line elements, with attention to the overall colors and shape changes in the space.
