This case is located in Haidian District, Beijing. The owners are a young couple and their young son. The male owner is a software engineer who works from home and loves a simple and refreshing style.

The high-rise duplex captivates with its distinctive allure. Perched high above the urban sprawl, it offers sweeping vistas through expansive windows where the golden hues of sunset bathe the bustling cityscape.

The design cultivates a geometric sculptural atmosphere through low-saturation hues and clean linear designs that alleviate daily stress, while natural, tranquil botanicals infuse vitality into the space.

This residential space is located in the center of Madrid and was originally an open loft style space built in the late 20th century.

The overall design pays attention to the concept of “all kinds of flavors”, creates Chinese taste and characteristics, and follows the use of details to express decoration in the design, so that the house is full of simple and personalized charm.
